Worn/Faded American Flag Retirement

A Post 205 Flag 'Retirement' event was held on February 1, 2021 at the Bluffton Fire Department Training Academy on Ulmer Road. We appreciate the cooperation  of the Fire Department not only collecting the flags from all the Bluffton stations but also the use of the Academy site to allow us to 'retire' the flags in accordance with the United States Flag Code. Eric Schmid initiated and coordinated this project. A special thanks to the volunteers who assisted Eric on site for this event.
